Junior Tycoon is provided strictly as an educational software utility to help users learn basic business tracking skills. We are not your employer, contractor, or business partner. Junior Tycoon assumes absolutely no liability for any physical injury, property damage, financial loss, or real-world disputes occurring while you are performing jobs structured or tracked within the App. You and your legal guardians assume all risk associated with your offline, real-world activities.
Junior Tycoon helps you track your earnings conceptually. However, you (and your legal guardians) are entirely and solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax laws, independent contractor regulations, or business licensing requirements regarding the income you generate in the real world.
You agree that you have the lawful right to input and store the contact information of your clients within Junior Tycoon. If you sync this data via our Cloud feature (17+ years of age only), you remain the sole data controller.
If you choose to upgrade to Junior Tycoon Pro, payments will be charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Cloud account at any time.
